How can we book a tour with your Company?

We accept bookings only through our web site and after our personal contact. We do not
accept bookings though other travel platforms. The booking is easy by using our Request form
and through e mails.

Where shall we meet our driver at airport?

You will find your driver or your guide at the Arrival Hall inside the airport and not outside.
Your driver or guide will hold a sign with your name.

Where shall we meet our driver at Cruise Terminal?

There are three terminals in Piraeus port for the cruise ships.
Its terminal has an exit door. You will meet your driver or guide after this exit.
He/she will hold a sign with your name.

How shall we meet at our hotel?

Your driver or your guide will meet you at hotel’s lobby.
Please aware the hotel concierge or the doorman.
If the hotel located in a road where the parking is not available, and you will not be ready on
time the driver will make a circle and he will come back a few minutes later.

Are these tours private or we will travel with other people?

All our tours are private and not share.

Are the prices per person?

All the prices are per vehicle and not per person.

What the price includes?

For day or half day tours the prices include all the vehicle’s and tour driver’s expenses
The price can include the licensed guide fee if you requested a licensed guide.
The prices do not include entrance fees and meals.
For Multiday tours
The prices include all the vehicle’s expenses (tolls, gas, parking) Also your tour driver’s
expenses (meals accommodation) The prices also include your hotels fees for all the
overnights and your breakfast The prices always include all the local taxes .

The prices do not include entrance fees for the sites as well as your meals or personal
expenses.

How much should we tip?

Gratuities in Greece is an optional and very much appreciated.

Does the driver speak fluent English?

All the drivers speak fluent English, they are very professional and polite as well as very
agreeable and they can provide their assistance any time.

Can the driver escort us inside the sites?

The drivers are not licentiate guides and they are not allowed to accompany the clients in
archaeological sites and museums.
According to this strict Greek law only licentiate guides are allowed to do so.
Michael’s Amazing Tours can arrange for you a licensed guide for specific sites or for the entire
tour with an additional charge after your request.

Can I customize my tour?

All the tours are private, and we can make the changes you wish, or we can customize a tour
especially for you.

Do you offer Wi Fi during our trip?

Yes, we do offer Wi Fi during the trips for free after your request.
