Michael’s Amazing Tours is an authorized by The Greek Ministry of Tourism Tour Operator as well as a Travel Agency. Our licensed number is 0206E60000658401. Our base is in Athens Chalkokondili 25 – 104 32 .
Booking services with Michael’s Amazing Tours means that you have read and accepted all these terms and conditions. Therefore, we encourage you to read them very carefully.
All the services offered are directly dependent on our availability which can be modified relative to demand.
Conclusive confirmation of availability can be made after your final decision and the payment of the predetermined deposit. After doing so, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If by chance, there is a reconfirmation a few days before the services it can only be valid as long as it is made through e-mail and not over the phone.
AIRPORT PICK-UPS
Our company must be in time informed if there is a change of number of flights.
Short delays are not a problem as all our drivers are on-line connected to the airport information system.
Ιn case of earlier arrival we are instantly informed but you must in no case exit the airport before you meet your driver. The meeting point is in the waiting room and not outside (you will receive specific instructions).
If case you have not informed our agency in time about a change or a cancellation of your arrival, you will be charged as non-saw.
HOTEL PICK-UPS
Your driver will be at the hotel at the predetermined time and you are asked to stick to that as in many hotels there is lack of parking space.
If your hotel is situated in a pedestrian walkway and parking is impossible, you will receive specific instructions from our agency.
YOUR TOUR DRIVER
Οur drivers are fluent in the English language.
They are also obliged to drive according to the road safety rules and abide by the speed limits as they are determined by the Greek State.
The drivers try to approach the entrances of archaeological sites the closest possible but always comply with safety limits and legality.
The driver has discretion in modifying the route of a tour if this is necessary because of traffic problems but always having in mind the best progress of your tour.
In addition to fluency in English the drivers are truly knowledgeable, experienced, polite and agreeable.
The drivers are not licentiate guides and they are not allowed to accompany the clients in archaeological sites and museums.
According to this strict Greek law only licentiate guides are allowed to do so.
Michael’s Amazing Tours can arrange for you a licensed guide for specific sites or for the entire tour with an additional charge after your request.
GENERAL TERMS
According to the Greek legislation a detailed list of passengers is always essential. This list can’t be change the last minute
Our company must be in advance informed about the presence of small children among the passengers since a children’s seat or booster is necessary. We must also be informed if you travel on a wheelchair.
Our company as a travel agency is responsible for all the bookings made through it and make up a complete service package.
We are not responsible for any problem that may come up because of bad weather conditions, natural disasters, fires, pandemics, wars, etc.
We are neither responsible if any of your transports or part of tours is affected by a strike, demonstration or temporary order of the Greek authorities.
